Amazing vacation spot!

This place did NOT disappoint! You get your own personal parking spot for the condo in the covered parking garage and the spot is actually close to the elevators so no taking long hauls with luggage or the luggage cart to other end of garage. There are 4 elevators so you are not waiting long to catch a lift in one to the 5th floor. As soon as we walked into the place it was as beachside as it gets with coastal decor, white tile flooring throughout and not to mention the view! You have a perfect view of right above the pool area and beach from the patio. I spent every morning I was there drinking my coffee outside just enjoying the nice sounds of the waves and everynight I was out there taking in the moonlight shining on the water. The master shower has two shower heads with amazing water pressure to make sure you get all the sand off! The condo has more space than we knew what to do with which I love because you don’t feel overcrowded at all. Have your own laundry room right by the door which is handy to throw your wet stuff in as soon as you walk in and not have to drag water all across the floor. Let’s get to the very important part….the beds. To start off with I am very picky about beds because my body just aches if I sleep in the wrong one and these were like sleeping on clouds, I was trying to even locate the tags of them to see what kind they were to get some for home! No such luck though because luckily they were covered in layers of mattress protection which is great because I felt safer sleeping on those beds than I do nice hotels for sure! We stayed for a week and my husband (who doesn’t care too much for vacations/being outside his own house) said that this will be the only place we stay when coming to Panama City beach now!

Amazing Vacation spot

I spent every morning/night on the balcony enjoying the view and waves and it was the most relaxed I have been in forever. The master shower has two shower heads with amazing water pressure to make sure you get all that sand off you! This condo had more space than we knew what to do and it was great because I didn\'t feel overcrowded. The laundry room (with a drain) is right next to the entrance which is handy for when you come in with wet items you can toss them in there and not drag water all across the floor. A very important part I am sure to everyone....the beds. It was like sleeping on clouds, I even tried to find the tags to the mattresses and pillows but no such luck because they both had layers of protection on them to avoid those pesty bed bugs and everything else no one wants on a mattress. I felt safer sleeping on those mattresses than I do in a nice hotel! At the beach you are provided two chairs and an umbrella with renting this condo which was nice to have so you don\'t have to worry about bringing your own when traveling! The poolside cafe also had amazing food and drinks and conveniently located just downstairs. Also, your checkout process is SO simple, not like a lot of Airbnb places where you have a whole list of things to do before leaving. We stayed here a week and my husband (who is a homebody and not much for being outside his own home) even said that when we come back to PCB this will be the only place we are staying!

Great vacation spot!

We had our own assigned covered park spot with close access to the inside elevators and there is a cart located nearby to help load your luggage in. Only had to ride up 2 floors from where we parked and we never had to wait long for an elevator to open up either. Our first reaction when we opened the door was in awe of how beautiful it was, we got the luggage inside and ran out to the balcony immediately and the view did not disappoint, it wasn’t too high up but just high enough to where you could see a lot and was very convenient to see how busy the beach or pool was before planning your day. My favorite part was waking up and having my coffee out on the balcony watching the condo workers set up all the chairs and umbrellas for the guests (yes you get your own two chairs and umbrella!) The beds and pillows were SO comfortable I was trying to find out what they were to get some for home! They were covered with all layers of protection though for bed bugs and such things which is awesome because that is something I worry about staying elsewhere! We were there for a week and loved it, did not want to leave. It is also walking distance to Alvin’s Island and Sunsations souvenir shops. With this condo being towards the end of the PCB strip you didn’t have to deal with a whole lot of crowds which is definitely a plus for us! We will definitely be back to this exact room in the future! One last thing there is a nice poolside cafe that’s very convenient. The whole environment from the staff to the other guests was very welcoming and warm

Cute, comfortable, and convenient!!!

This condo checks all of the boxes! It\'s conveniently located on the 5th floor so you can wheel your suitcases right to your room. When you walk in it\'s like an ocean oasis. Everything is new and decorated so nicely in a coastal theme. The mattresses are comfortable and have bed bug proof covers on them which, if you travel much, you know that\'s always a concern. Even the dishes are coastal themed! So cute! The elevator ride down to the beach is quick and you don\'t have to wait long. When you get down to the beach you tell them you\'re in 506 and you get two free beach chairs set up for you!! No lugging chairs down to the beach or anything. It was the best vacation ever and we can\'t wait to go back!!!

It’s by far the cleanest and most elegant place I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in. From the moment you arrive, you’re wrapped in a sense of peace and relaxation. No elevators, no stairs—just a seamless walk from the garage right into your beautiful home-away-from-home. And if you do need the elevator, it’s only a quick ride—nothing long or inconvenient. The 5th floor truly is the sweet spot: not too high, not too low—just perfect. The view? Simply perfect. Elevated just enough to take in the stunning surroundings without feeling disconnected. And the beach experience here is unlike anything else. Included beach benches mean no early morning races to claim a spot—you simply find your favorite and it’s yours for the duration of your stay. That alone lifts so much stress, allowing for more moments of calm and connection. As the sun sets, the property transforms into something magical. The pictures I took were memorizing! Perfect to put on a canvas! The pool and hot tub glow against the evening sky, clean and inviting, while the on-site mini market adds a touch of convenience that makes life just a little sweeter. This place isn’t just a stay—it’s a tradition. A yearly retreat I look forward to, knowing I won’t find a better blend of value, comfort, and beauty anywhere else. It’s more than a condo.
